Are there any contraindications?
First of all, laughing is contagious, so be careful if you get bitten by the laughter bug!

Pregnant women should consult a doctor before taking part to a laughter session.
Ask your doctor, psychotherapist or psychiatrist if you had a surgery in the last 3 months, if you've experienced an important or recent bereavement.
You shouldn't take part if you suffer from:
Heart trouble
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Any kind of hernia
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
Serious asthma
Bleeding hemorrhoids
Urinary incontinence
Persist cough
Severe backache
